Purchase Agreement
Course Terms and conditions governing your purchase
Effective date: Upon Receipt of Item(s)
This Purchase Agreement governs your purchase of any digital product, course, masterclass, advisory engagement, or other paid service ("Products") from Linton & Thelwell Advisory Group. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
- The Products You Are Buying
When you purchase a Product, you receive:
- Access to the specific Product described on its sales page at the time of purchase
- A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product materials for your personal professional development and within your own organization for the purposes described
- Any included bonuses, templates, or supporting materials as specified on the sales page
- Customer support as described in the Product description
You do NOT acquire ownership of the Product or its underlying content. All intellectual property remains the property of Linton & Thelwell Advisory Group.
- Access and Usage Restrictions
Your purchase grants you, personally, the right to use the Product. Your purchase does not grant:
- The right to share access credentials with anyone, including co-workers, business partners, employees, or family members
- The right to use Product content to train, coach, advise, or consult with others
- The right to reproduce Product materials for distribution
- The right to use Product content in artificial intelligence systems, including for training language models
- The right to record or screen-capture any portion of live sessions or recorded content
- Any rights to underlying frameworks, methodologies, or proprietary models taught in the Product
Multi-user purchases. If your purchase explicitly includes seats for multiple individuals from your organization (such as a Group Rate or Department Cohort), the license extends to the specified number of named individuals. Each named individual must complete registration. Sharing access with unnamed individuals violates these terms.
- Refund Policy
Refund policies vary by Product type and are stated on each Product's sales page. In general:
Digital products (training, scorecard reports, downloadable resources). No refunds once access has been delivered, given the immediate access to copyrighted materials.
Recorded courses and masterclasses. No refunds once you have accessed more than 25% of the content, given the nature of digital content delivery.
Live cohort programs. Full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the cohort has not yet started. After cohort start, no refunds.
Live masterclasses (such as the two-day Modern Procurement Office program). Full refund up to 14 days before the first live session. 50% refund between 14 days and 7 days before. No refund within 7 days of the first session, though you may transfer your seat to another individual once with written notice.
One-on-one advisory and done-for-you engagements. Governed by the specific engagement agreement signed before work begins. The standard sales page refund policy does not apply.
We reserve the right to grant discretionary refunds in exceptional circumstances. All refund requests should be sent to [email protected].
- Results Disclaimer
We are committed to delivering high-quality professional development that reflects 25+ years of public sector procurement leadership. However, we cannot and do not guarantee:
- That you will win any specific contract or solicitation
- That your firm will achieve specific revenue, growth, or business outcomes
- That any audit, evaluation, or regulatory review will result in any particular finding
- That your organization will achieve specific operational improvements
Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to your effort, your organization's environment, market conditions, competitive dynamics, and decisions made by third parties. Any examples, case studies, or testimonials shared describe past experiences and are not predictions of your results.
- Cancellation, No-Show, and Reschedule Policy for Live Programs
No-shows. If you do not attend a live masterclass or cohort session you registered for, you remain responsible for the full purchase price. Recordings will be provided where the Product includes them.
Reschedule policy. Live masterclasses are scheduled in advance with specific dates. Individual reschedules are not available. If we cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, you will receive either access to the rescheduled session or a full refund, at your election.
Technical issues. You are responsible for ensuring your technical setup (internet connection, video conferencing software, computer hardware) is adequate for participation. We will provide technical specifications in advance. We are not responsible for issues caused by your equipment or connectivity.
- Modifications to Products
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue Products at any time. For Products you have already purchased, we will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes that affect your access or use.
- Intellectual Property Protection — Explicit Consent
By completing this purchase, you specifically acknowledge and agree:
- All Product content is the exclusive property of Linton & Thelwell Advisory Group
- You will not reproduce, distribute, share, record, or republish any Product content
- You will not use Product content to deliver competing services
- You will not feed Product content into artificial intelligence systems
- Unauthorized use entitles us to pursue all available legal remedies including statutory damages, injunctive relief, and attorneys' fees
- We may revoke your access without refund for any violation of these intellectual property terms
- Survival
The intellectual property, refund, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions survive any termination of your access to Products.
- Incorporation of Other Documents
Your purchase is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between this Purchase Agreement and the Terms of Service, this Purchase Agreement controls for matters specific to your purchase.
